  1.  What is the purpose of Q-folic

     2.  What is a Q-folic

   

  Q-Folic contains an active form of methyl folate - Quatrefolic® - a registered trademark of Gnosis S.p.A.

  Quatrefolic® is the glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, also known as 5MTHF-glucosamine, and is the active form of folic acid. Quatrefolic® is a fourth-generation folate that guarantees improved bioavailability, high absorption and long-term stability compared to the calcium salt of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate.

   

  The body cannot simply use folic acid without further processing by the body, but must go through a conversion process to a form called methyltetrahydrofolate or MTHF. Quatrefolic® does not need to go through the same conversion process, but is directly absorbed.

    3.  Before taking Q-folic

  Do not take Q-folic if you are hypersensitive to the active ingredient or to any of the excipients.  Dietary supplement. It is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

   

     4. How to take Q-folic1 tablet daily.

  1 tablet per day

   

     5. How to store Q-folic

  At room temperature, out of the reach of children.
  Do not use Q-folic after the expiry date marked on the carton or blister.
